Access to talawas Website from my PC has been filtered & blocked (denied) from May 27.
But Access to Other Websites from my PC is OK.
And TLW access is OK in public internet services in Saigon. So I assume that only some of those PCs having frequent access to talawas have been filtered & blocked.. This may be a 1st time warning to talawas. I hope this is just a temporary incident.
